The Fraternal Order of Police added its own $5,000 reward Tuesday to the $10,000 the city approved Monday for information on the disappearance of 22-year-old Freeland-Gaither. Detectives say a witness reported seeing a woman identified as Freeland-Gaither yelling for help as she was forced into a dark gray four-door vehicle at about 9:40 p.m. Sunday in Germantown.
