    A Junction City resident was arrested by the Riley County Police on Sunday afternoon for driving with a suspended license.

    37-year-old Leslie Thomas was arrested at 2 p.m. for the previously mentioned charge, and for habitual violation of operating a vehicle unlawfully.

    Thomas’s bond is set at $5,000.

     

    A Manhattan man was arrested by Riley County police on December 26th for an outstanding warrant.

    in a recent report released by the police, 19-year-old Daeshawn Bryant was arrested at approximately 2 pm last Friday for a warrant from the US Marshal Service through the United States District Court.

    The reported offense is listed as accessory after the fact, and Bryant is being held by authorities without bond.

     

    Riley County police released information on an alleged burglary which occurred on December 24th.

    Police say that 25-year-old Caitlan Scruggs, and 57-year-old Brenda Edleston reported currency and a laptop stolen from their residence near the 200 block of Hunter Place. Estimated loss is $2,436.

    The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this time.

     

     

    According to Riley County Police reports a Manhattan man was arrested for criminal trespassing, and violation of a protective order last Wednesday.

     

    39-year-old Larry White was arrested near the 1800 block of College Avenue at approximately 9:45 pm.

     

    White is currently being held without bond, and police are not releasing anymore information on the alleged incident due to the nature of the alleged crime committed.
