WICHITA, Kan. (AP) The trial for a 39-year-old Wichita man accused of trying to kill his family has been delayed until March at the request of the man’s attorney. The Wichita Eagle reports Pettix McMillan is charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder for the March 24th shootings of his 36-year-old wife and two sons, ages 5 and 13.
