Kansas State basketball player Haley Texada was injured in Sunday’s game against Kansas at Bramlage Coliseum and had to be taken off the court on a stretcher after a significant delay.

The injury occurred with about 16 minutes left in the game. Texada collided with the Jayhawks’ Chelsea Gardner and hit the floor hard. She grabbed her head and neck in pain, but was mobile as she was attended to by medical personnel.

There are no further details available regarding Texada’s condition. The game resumed about 15 minutes after the injury.
