The Ogden man who entered a plea last month in connection with a robbery case appeared in Riley County District Court Monday morning for his sentencing.Timothy Holmes appeared in Judge David Stutzman’s courtroom. The plea Holmes entered in early December involved two charges-aggravated robbery and intimidation of a victim.
Judge Stutzman sentenced Holmes to 60 months, or five years, with the Kansas Department of Corrections.
