    Ogden Man Sentenced to Five Years

    Riley-County-Courthouse-300x199The Ogden man who entered a plea last month in connection with a robbery case appeared in Riley County District Court Monday morning for his sentencing.
    Timothy Holmes appeared in Judge David Stutzman’s courtroom.  The plea Holmes entered in early December involved two charges-aggravated robbery and intimidation of a victim.
    Judge Stutzman sentenced Holmes to 60 months, or five years, with the Kansas Department of Corrections.
