    Riley County Police initiating a traffic stop began investigating illegal drugs Thursday night at approximately 8:00 PM.  Jeremy Spaur, 30, of Manhattan was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of ignition interlock device.
    Spaur’s bond was set at  $7,500. He was arrested in the 600 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd.

    Officers with the Riley County Police Department filed a report investigating a rape that reportedly occurred in the city limits of Manhattan. Police say the victim is a 30-year-old female and the suspect information was not readily available to the public information office at the time of this report. Due to the nature of this crime no further information has been released.
