A preliminary hearing was held Tuesday afternoon for a Manhattan man facing several felony level drug charges.Joshua Cross was arrested back in October of last year for over a dozen drug charges after the Riley County Police Department conducted an investigation in the 1400 block of Legore Lane.
Cross’s attorney, Britian Stites, informed Judge William Malcolm that a plea agreement had been reached, outlining just the felony level drug counts.
Cross chose to waive his preliminary hearing for the eight felony level charges. His arraignment was set for March 2nd at 2:30 p.m. in Judge Meryl Wilson’s courtroom.
