President Barack Obama says the United States must resist the urge to “overreach” abroad, as he outlined a new national security strategy Friday as detailed by Susan Rice.
The strategy comes on the same day that ISIS terrorists claimed a female U.S. hostage had been killed in airstrikes conducted by planes from Jordan. That information could not be confirmed by U.S. officials.
