Pottawatomie County Law Enforcement and emergency officials responded to a public injury construction-type accident shortly before 11 a.m. Friday morning. Few details are available, but the accident was reported just east of Manhattan on Excel and Roepke Roads.
County UnderSheriff Shane Jager tells KMAN the 911 call came in at 10:45. Jager adds an unidentified individual was injured and transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
