An 81-year-old Manhattan man died in a farm-related accident in Marshall County Saturday evening. Ted Samuelson was reportedly pushing brush on his family farm southeast of Frankfort at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday when a tree fell on top of him and the tractor he was on.
Marshall County Sheriff Daniel Hargrave tells KMAN Samuelson was pronounced dead at the scene. The farm was located about three miles southeast of Frankfort and three miles east of K-99.
