A 47-year-old Oklahoma man faces a $10,000 bond in Riley County on a warrant for theft of services, obtaining a prescription-only drug by fradulent means, and false impersonation. Riley County Police indicate Tracy Powell of Marietta, Oklahoma was taken into custody Wednesday night at approximately 11:00 PM.

Riley County police arrested Anthony McCollums, 26, of Fort Worth,Texas Wednesday night at about 11 on a warrant for failure to appear. McCollums original bond was set at $1,500.
About 10 minutes later, McCollums was also arrested on a warrant for a variety of drug-related charges including possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs. He was given an additional bond of $8,000.
