    Road Construction in Manhattan

By KMAN Staff on March 9, 2015 Local News, Manhattan, Riley County

    Kimball Construction 3-15

Starting Monday, the westbound outer lane of Kimball Avenue near the K-113 (Seth Child) interchange has been closed for improvements in the area. Wildcat Construction of Topeka will begin work to make signal, ramp and safety improvements at the interchange. Lane reductions will continue throughout the project until May. Traffic will be reduced to one lane at times, and delays should be expected.

This is in addition to lane closures near the Seaton Avenue intersection, where stormwater improvements will keep access to Seaton Avenue closed until early April. A detour is in place.
