The man charged in connection with the shooting incident near Aggieville earlier this month appeared in Riley County District Court Tuesday afternoon, via video camera, for a status hearing.
Dontay Tabron appeared in front of Judge William Malcolm for charges of aggravated battery and criminal discharge of a firearm into an occupied dwelling. As KMAN has reported, this arrest was made after a verbal altercation in Aggieville, and Tabron’s bond is set at $30,000.
Tabron’s Attorney, Britian Stites requested the matter be set for another status hearing, as he has yet to receive discovery on the case.
Judge Malcolm set Tabron’s case for a discovery status hearing on May 12th at 1 p.m.
