    Preliminary Hearing Set for Spaur Next Month

    Gavel-150x150 (1)A Manhattan man currently facing 24 different charges, including vehicle theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, appeared in Riley County District Court Tuesday afternoon.
    Jeremy Spaur appeared in Judge William Malcolm’s courtroom, alongside his attorney, Larry McRell.  McRell asked that the case be set for a one hour preliminary hearing.
    Judge Malcolm set the prelim for May 1st at 9 a.m.
