A Manhattan man accused of brandishing a gun and stealing a pick-up truck this past October has waived his right to a preliminary hearing.Benjamin Abrams, 33, appeared in front of Judge Sheila Hochhauser on Friday, April 3 in connection to the aggravated robbery incident. Following his decision to waive the hearing, Judge Hochhauser set Abrams’ next court date for Monday, April 13 at 2:30 p.m.
