    Police in Riley County arrested two people on drug-related charges Wednesday afternoon.  Christopher Cuchy, 22, of Manhattan was taken into custody for failure to appear, motion to revoke probation, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana as well as possession of drug paraphernalia. Cuchy was arrested while in the 500 block of Moro Street with bond set at $34,000.
    Also arrested was Kimberly Brazzle, 27, of Manhattan for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Brazzle’s bond is $4,000. Both arrests stemmed from a search warrant.

    A Manhattan man faces a $5,000 bond following his arrest Wednesday evening.  Jeffery Thompson, 25, was taken into custody  for two counts of motion to revoke probation at approximately 5:20 PM Wednesday.
    Thompson was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department and original offenses included possession of marijuana and DUI.

    Riley County Police are investigating a report of rape in the south eastern portion of the city limits of Manhattan which allegedly occurred Tuesday night at about 11:00 PM and was reported to police on Wednesday. Officers were told of a 20-year-old female who was touched inappropriately by a male subject, with the incident meeting law requirements for qualifying as rape. No arrests had been made at the time of this report.
