A demolition permit application has been received at Manhattan’s Code Services Office for the old Sears wing at the Manhattan Town Center. Still no official word on what will be located there, but Town Center General Manager Allen Raynor tells KMAN negotiations are pending and near completion.
KMAN has been working on this story since early in the year, but negotiations have apparently been taking some time. The Sears at the Town Center has been closed since last fall.
