Former Kansas State Cornerback Randall Evens joined Wide Receiver Tyler Lockett as the second player from the Wildcat roster to be drafted as he was selected at 196th overall in the sixth round by the Philadelphia Eagles. Lockett was selected in the third round on Friday night at #69 by the Seattle Seahawks.
Other players who were not dratfed wound up signing free agent deals including Offensive Lineman B.J. Finney with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Linebacker Ryan Mueller with the San Diego Chargers, Linebacker Jonathon Truman with the Miami Dolphins and Quarterback Jake Waters with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
