A St. George man, who was arrested in February following a search warrant by the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office, appeared in Pottawatomie County Court Tuesday morning and waived his preliminary hearing.
Jerry Daniels appeared in court at 11 a.m. He chose to waive his right to the prelim for the case, and his arraignment date was set for July 16th at 11 a.m.
Daniels was arrested, along with Paula Daniels, after three stolen vehicles were recovered from their property, along with guns, an enclosed trailer, and vehicles parts. He was charged with a $75,000 bond at that time.
