A Wichita man, convicted of methamphetamine charges, appeared in Pottawatomie County Court Thursday morning.
Joseph Swarts was arrested back in July at the Quality Inn, along with other individuals, for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
Swarts received an underlying sentence of 30 months, or two and a half years, with the Department of Corrections, but was granted probation. The court also imposed costs and ordered him to complete a drug treatment program.
