A Manhattan man facing several charges for theft and drugs appeared in Riley County District Court for arraignment on Monday afternoon and pled not guilty.
Jeremy Spaur’s attorney, Larry McRell stated Spaur wanted to waive reading the charges and requested a jury trial be set.
Chief Judge, Meryl Wilson went through each of the charges, which include burglary of a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia, as Spaur pled “not guilty” to each of them.
McRell recommended the trial last two days. It was set for August 27th and 28th.
