Tyler Jensen, 20, of Manhattan, Kansas was arrested on July 6, 2015 at approximately 11:55 PM. He was arrested for the offenses of burglary, theft by deception (X3), and giving false information (X3) after officers worked several investigations involving stolen and pawned items. Some of the items taken were a Macbook Pro, an Xbox One, a Playstation 4 , US Currency, and other electronics accessories valued at $2,304.00. Jensen was given a bond of $13,000.00 and at the time of this report he was confined.

At approximately 7:05 PM on July 6, 2015 RCPD officers and emergency personnel responded to the Manhattan Town Center parking lot after a collision between two vehicles. Officers found that a 2012 Kia Forte driven by Jarrod Adams, 17, of Manhattan struck a 1996 Toyota Camry driven by Bailey Swenson, 20, of Herington, Kansas. Swenson was transported to Via Christi Hospital for a complaint of pain. Officers continue to investigate this collision at the time of this report.
