    Riley County Court Updates: Tabron, Brazzle Court Appearances

    Riley-County-CourthouseAs previously reported by KMAN, two large ongoing cases held appearances in Riley County District Court Monday. This includes Dontay Tabron and Anthony Brazzle.

    Dontay Tabron, the man charged in connection with a shooting incident in Aggieville in April was sentenced to 89 months in prison, followed by 36 months of post-release supervision. Tabron’s request for durational departure before his sentence was denied, and must now follow through with criminal registry.     Anthony Brazzle, 22, of Manhattan was arrested in June of this year on drug-related and other charges, some of which are pending in Pottawatomie County. Brazzle plead “no contest” in court Monday and now awaits sentencing on September 8th at 2:30 PM.     Other court appearances include David Conkwright, 50, and Ross Meuli, 27.

    Conkwright was arrested in Riley County in March for fleeing and attempting to elude officers, and also charged in a domestic battery case. He plead “no contest” for one count battery, and plead “not guilty” to one count of attempting to elude a police officer. Conkwright’s prior report can be found at https://1350kman.com/police-report-3714/. Conkwright awaits trial set on October 20th at 9:00 AM.

    Ross Meuli of Ogden was arrested in June for disorderly conduct, and appeared to plea Monday as well. Meuli plead “no contest”.  Meuli’s report by KMAN can be found at https://1350kman.com/rcpd-report-61115/.
