    Clay County Arrests Involving Drugs and Bombs

    What started as a drug search Thursday in Clay Center resulted in the discovery of bombs and bomb-making materials.

    KCLY Radio in Clay Center tells KMAN Law Enforcement officials from Clay Center, Clay County, and Riley County… cooperated in the search of a residence near 8th and Lane.

    Clay County Sheriff Chuck Dunn says Riley County was the lead investigator on this case. Riley County Police Department Public Information Officer Matt Droge says he will have a lot more  on this case today, as the drug search involved other communities as well. It’s not known is this is connected to the drug arrests reported earlier this morning in the Riley/Leonardville areas.
