On today’s In Focus, Cathy had a discussion with Jill Haukos, who is the Director of Education at the Konza Prairie Biological Station. Associates from the Orchestra of the Oregon Trail came on the program to provide an update including Kyle Wiley Pickett, conductor of the Topeka Symphony Orchestra, Brad Ekiss, president of the marshall County arts Cooperative, and Brian Cook, who is a member of the steering committee.
At the end of the program, Catholic priests who are new to the Little Apple joined the show. Fathers Kerry Ninemire, Frank coady, Mike Demkovich, and Carlos Ruiz talked about adapting to life in the Flint Hills.
