Riley County Police arrested one of the county’s most wanted criminals, early Saturday morning.
41-year-old Michael Eugene Vassar was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department.
Vassar was taken into custody on three counts of failure to appear on charges that include a DUI, refusal of a breathalyzer test, and driving while suspended.
Vassar is being held on an $8,000.00 bond and he remains confined in the Riley County Jail.
