    RCPD Report – 9/12/15

    RCPD 6-15Riley County Police made a high bond arrest on Friday, when 20-year-old Jonathon Elliott was arrested on two counts of aggravated robbery, one count of child misconduct and one count of theft of property or services.

    Elliott received a bond of $260,000 and he is confined to the Riley County Jail.

    A Manhattan man was arrested Friday evening for several crimes against a child.

    Zachary Estrada,25, was arrested on one count of indecent liberties with a child and one count of attributing to child misconduct. Bond was set at $10,000 and Estrada remains confined.
