    RCPD Report 9/5/15

    At approximately 12:26 p.m. on Friday, officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Phillip Darrell Schaffer, 45, of Topeka for failure to appear while he was at the Riley County Jail. Schaffer’s bond was set at $12,000.
    Later in the afternoon, 21-year old Milly Anne Vazquez, Manhattan, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department for two counts of probation violation. Her bond was set at $5,000.
