(released Monday afternoon)
An incident at the Manhattan Wastewater Treatment Plant apparently led to an arrest, although not much information is available at this time. Manhattan City Manager Ron Fehr confirmed with KMAN the incident Sunday night involved a trespass and some damage to property which led to an arrest.
The plant is on the Pottawatomie County side of Manhattan and Sheriff Greg Riat indicated his officers who worked the case were out on another call Monday–so no further information is available.
