Riley County Police arrested a Wamego man for aggravated assault following a Tuesday evening incident.  Patrick Arrow, 21, was taken into custody at approximately 6:00 PM after an incident in the 55 block of Power Line Place in Manhattan.
Police found that Sean Northrop, 45, of Manhattan was the victim when a verbal argument during a traffic dispute escalated. Police heard allegations of a handgun being brandished and were able to develop probable cause and make the arrest. Arrow was given a bond of $8,000.
