    Updated 12:45 p.m. The Amber Alert for Kaleb Thomas has been cancelled.

    A Kansas amber alert has been issued for a one month old Topeka child. Kaleb Thomas was last seen at 2013 Bellview Apartment E in Topeka, wearing a white shirt, gray/white cammo pants, and a gray beanie top.
    Authorities indicate the victim was taken by his non-custodial father at approximately 10 a.m. Thursday, who was last seen in a blue Chevy 4-door, possibly a Malibu. The child was born November 14th.
    The suspect is listed as Edward Alberty (picture above), 19, 6′ 2″, 250 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray sweats, Nike tennis shoes.

    Those who have information are asked to call 911 or the KBI at 1-800-KS-CRIME.
