A Manhattan man has waived a preliminary hearing in an aggravated battery case in Pottawatomie County. Russell Mayes had been set for the hearing Tuesday. He’s now set for a January 22nd arraignment.
Mayse was arrested in August following an early Sunday morning incident at State Lake Two in rural Manhattan. A female victim was injured when she was reportedly struck by a vehicle.
Mayse also faces a DUI charge.
