In recent weeks, both K-State and Riley County Police have taken numerous lewd and lascivious behavior reports involving an unknown male. The male has approached female victims and either touched himself or exposed himself inappropriately. In recent days, the situation has escalated and the departments have now identified a suspect.
The male is described as a medium in complexion black male of average height and weight. The male is also described as having short braid style hair and may have a light beard.
The individual in the attached photo has been identified as a person of interest in these incidents and police are asking for the community’s assistance in identifying him.
