    RCPD BadgeA report of a burglary to a vehicle was filed in the 1700 Block of South Manhattan on Monday at approximately 12:31 p.m.  Crossland Construction of Columbus Kansas reported that an unknown suspect had entered a semi-trailer and removed several miscellaneous tools and portable heaters valued at approximately $1,350.  No arrests have been made at the time of this report and the incident continues to be under investigation.


     

    A report of a residential burglary was filed in the 1900 block of College Heights Road on Monday at approximately 2 p.m.  Griffin Case, 19, of Manhattan reported that an unknown suspect had entered his unoccupied residence at some point over the holiday weekend and taken several pairs of shoes and a computer.  The total value of the missing items was estimated at approximately $1,300.  No arrests have been made at the time of this report and the incident continues to be under investigation.


     

    Frederick Lima, 23, of Los Angeles, Cali., was arrested on Monday at approximately 12:45 p.m. while at the Riley County Jail.  As KMAN first reported last week, Lima was arrested on a Los Angeles County District Court warrant for probation violation.  There was no bond listed for this warrant and Lima remained confined at the time of this report.


     

    Sara Boatman, 25, of Manhattan was arrested on Monday at approximately 1:41 p.m. while at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center.  Boatman was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for Failure to Appear.  The original charge was listed as Possession of Opiates.  Bond was listed as $10,000 and Boatman remained confined at the time of this report.
