Police arrested Cody Torbol, 22, of Herington, Kansas on a warrant for aggravated criminal sodomy. He was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department and given a bond of $25,000.00. At the time of this report he was confined at the Riley County Jail.
Bobby Pearson, 32, of Ogden, Kansas was arrested on two warrants while at the Riley County Police Department. These warrants were for the offense of probation violation and distribution or possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine (X2). The original offense listed for the probation violation warrant was unlawful possession of methamphetamine and vehicular burglary (X2). Pearson was given a total bond of $7,000.00 and at the time of this report was no longer confined at the Riley County Jail.
At approximately 2:20 PM on December 8, 2015 officers with the Riley County Police Department filed a report for lewd and lascivious behavior after receiving reports of a white male inappropriately touching himself while in a vehicle (a Chevy passenger car). This report was taken in the area of 800 block of Commons Place. Officers continue to investigate the matter and at the time of this report no arrests had been made or citations issued.
Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested William Starrett, 23, of Westmoreland, Kansas on a warrant for the offense of failure to appear (original offense listed as domestic battery). Starrett was given a bond of $7,500.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail.
