    RCPDA Topeka woman was arrested Friday on the 1000 block of Seth Child Road for drug offenses.

    Petra Amaro, 37, was arrested for possession of opiates, narcotics, unlawful possession of hallucinogen among other offenses.

    She remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a $15,000 bond.

    Also, a Manhattan man was arrested Friday afternoon in the Riley County Courthouse.

    Edward Williams, 29, was arrested for a probation violation and at the time of this report is confined in the Riley County Jail with a $8,000 bond
