A teen suspect in an attempted murder case waived his preliminary hearing Monday. Dakota Fair, 18, was to have faced the preliminary hearing in Pottawatomie County Court, but it is now set for arraignment on the district docket for February 25th. Fair’s charges involve the shooting of Tyrel Britton,23, in late December on Mt. Zion road in rural St. George.
Fair also has a pending case set for revocation hearing and he stipulated to being in violation of probation. Disposition in that case is also set for February 25th. His earlier case involves methamphetamine.
