    RCPD Report 3/29/16

    RCPDReportPolice in Riley County arrested Mouhamadou Wilane, 39, of Leonardville, Kansas on March 28, 2016 at approximately 4:30 PM while near the intersection of Madison Creek Road and Barton Road. He was arrested on the offense of distributing a controlled substance which was listed on a warrant from Riley County District Court. He was given a bond of $8,000.00 for the offense which occurred in December 2014. At the time of this report Wilane was no longer confined at the Riley County Jail.


     

    Officers with RCPD arrested Jesse Winkleman, 32, of Junction City, Kansas while at the Riley County Police Department on March 28, 2016 at approximately 6:50 PM. Winkleman was arrested on a warrant for the offense of probation violation with an original offense of endangering a child. He was given a bond of $5,000.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail.


     

    Brandi Peil, 24, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1800 block of Claflin Road on March 29, 2016 at approximately 3:10 AM. Peil was arrested on the offenses of driving while under the influence of alcohol, tampering with ignition interlock device, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was given a bond of $15,000.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail. Police made contact with Peil during a traffic stop for traffic infractions.
