    A roll of police tape (police line) lies on the ground outside a home being foreclosed on in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2009.

    Officers with the Riley County Police arrested Dominique Tisdale, 38, of El Dorado, Kansas on a warrant with a bond of $15,000.00 for the offense of distributing opiates, opium, narcotics, or other certain stimulants. Tisdale was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 29, 2016 at approximately 12:15 PM. He was no longer confined at the time of this report.


     

    Officers in the 1400 block of Chase Place are investigating a report of aggravated burglary which occurred on February 29, 2016 at approximately 2:30 PM. Police found that an unsecured apartment occupied by a 24-year-old male was entered by an unknown clean-shaven white male wearing dark jeans and a light color shirt. No items were taken and the suspect fled the apartment prior to officers being contacted. Officers continue to investigate the matter and at the time of this report no further information was readily available.
