    Crystal AndeRCPDReportrson, 34, of Ventura California was arrested on the 24th of May at approximately 3:16 PM while at the Riley County Police Department. Anderson was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. There was no bond attached to this warrant and Anderson remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Kevin Harbaugh, 34, of Manhattan was arrested on the 24th day of May at approximately 2:50 PM while in the 100 block of North 4th Street in Manhattan. Harbaugh was arrested on a Douglas County District Court warrant for probation violation. There was no bond attached to this warrant and Harbaugh remained confined int he Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
