    Riley County Police arrested a Junction City man early Sunday morning for a litany of drug-related violations.

    Matthew Schoettle (26) was picked up in the 2200 Seth Child Road shortly after midnight and charged with distribution of a controlled substance and possession of opiates among others.

    Schoettle was confined at the Riley County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

    A Manhattan woman was arrested Saturday for failure to appear.

    Lisa Hoofard (38) was picked-up Saturday evening in the 400 block of Stone Grove and confined at the Riley county Jail on a $12,000 bond

    Riley County Police also arrested a Manhattan man for making a false writing.

    Aaron Dooley (24) was confined at the Riley County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
