    Holiday gate closures at Fort Riley

    During the Fourth of July weekend, Fort Riley’s secondary access control points will be closed.

    Grant Gate – Closed from 7 p.m. Thursday, June 30 to 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 5

    Estes Gate – Closed from 7 p.m. Thursday, June 30 to 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 5

    12th Street Gate privately-owned (personal) vehicles – Closed from 7 p.m. Thursday, June 30 to 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 5

    12th Street Gate commercial vehicles – Open until 7 p.m. Thursday, June 30; open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, July 1; closed Sunday and Monday

    Those who have a government-issued ID card or Fort Riley-issued visitor’s pass or badge must enter Fort Riley this weekend through the Henry, Ogden, Trooper or Four Corners gates.

    Anyone visiting without a government-issued ID card or Fort Riley-issued visitor’s pass or  badge must enter through the Henry Gate visitor center, which is open 24 hours.
