    RCPD report 6/17/16

    Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Cheyenne Schlaack, 24, of Milford, on Thursday at approximately 8:40 p.m. Schlaack was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on a warrant with the offenses of computer unlawful acts (false representation with damage) and theft of property or services. She was given a bond of $5,000 and at the time of this report she was not confined at the Riley County Jail. This warrant stems from and incident occurring between January and April 2016.


    Police arrested Zachary Rootring, 20, of Olsburg, on a warrant for the offenses of rape and aggravated sexual battery. Rootring was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on Thursday at approximately 2:05 p.m. and was given a bond of $50,000. He was not confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. This arrest is associated with an incident that occurred in December 2015.
