    A Manhattan man was arrested Thursday afternoon on charges of violation of the Offender Registration Act.

    Russell Allen Jr.,34, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on the offense of violation of the Offender Registration Act. He was given a bond of $15,000. At the time of this report Allen was confined at the Riley County Jail.


    A Wamego man was arrested on two counts yesterday.

    RCPD arrested Steven Skinner,38, on Thursday morning.  Skinner was arrested while at 100 Courthouse Plaza in Manhattan on a warrant for the offense of aggravated intimidation of a witness or victim and violation of a protective order. He was given a bond of $17,500. Skinner was also arrested on the offense of failure to appear and given a bond of $20,000. Skinner was arrested on this warrant, with an original offense of domestic battery, while at the Riley County Police Department. He was confined at the Riley County Jail.


    A Manhattan man was arrested on failure to appear charges on Thursday.

    RCPD arrested Scottie Harris,44, while at the Riley County Police Department Thursday night. Harris was arrested on a warrant for the offense of failure to appear and given a bond of $10,000.  This warrant originated in Clay County, Missouri and caused Harris to be confined at the Riley County Jail.


    A Manhattan woman was arrested on failure to appear charges on Thursday.

    RCPD arrested Cassey Dougherty ,27, while at the law enforcement center in Manhattan Thursday night. Dougherty was arrested on a warrant with the offense of failure to appear (original offense was listed as use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia).  She was given a bond of $6,000 and was confined at the Riley County Jail.


    A Milford man was arrested on charges of violating terms and conditions Thursday.

    RCPD arrested James Demaroney III,32, on a warrant for the offense of violating conditions and terms of bond. Demaroney was arrested while in the 400 block of Fremont Street and given a bond of $25,000. He was not confined at the Riley County Jail. This warrant originated in Geary County, Kansas and the arrest took place Thursday night.
