    Officers with the Riley County Police Department filed a report for arson in the 600 block of Kearney Street on Wednesday at approximately 4:30 AM. Police on scene found a roll off construction dumpster had been set on fire cause approximately $500 worth of damage. The fire was set by an unknown subject(s) and police are asking anything with information to contact the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Manhattan Fire Department extinguished the flames with no damage to surrounding structures.
