    Aggravated kidnapping in Geary County with four arrests

    Four people have been arrested in connection with an aggravated kidnapping case in Geary County, following a month long investigation which also involved the United States Marshal’s Service.

    A news release Thursday from Geary county Sheriff Tony Wolf’s office indicates during the midday hours of July 19th the Geary County Sheriff’s Office responded to Old Highway 13 in the southeastern portion of rural Geary County after a man was found severely injured at the edge of a field. The Geary County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation with the victim alleging he had been beaten and kidnapped from his residence in rural Wabaunsee County near Alta Vista and was transported to a residence in rural Geary County.

    Taken into custody in connection with the case the past week are Mark Lee, 33,  Randy Carroll Fetters Jr., 36, Story Lee Blocker, 36, all of Herington, and Justin Spiker, 26, of Alta Vista.

    All suspects have been charged with Aggravated Kidnapping, Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Kidnapping, and Aggravated Battery.
