    Onaga man arrested after alleged gun threat

    An Onaga man who allegedly threatened a person with a gun was arrested Thursday.

    The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Dispatch received a report of an unwanted subject
    at the address of 717 Leonard Street in Onaga Thursday afternoon. The caller reported that another person inside the residence at 717 Leonard had been threatened with a gun.

    The suspect, Scott Hanner, 53, was located outside of the residence. After investigation of the incident, deputies took Hanner into custody. Hanner was arrested for aggravated assault, possession of a stimulant, possession of an hallucinogenic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    He is currently confined at the Pottawatomie County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
