    RCPD BadgeDerek Shepard, 31, of Ogden, Kansas was arrested while in the 400 block of 15th Street in Ogden on Wednesday August 3 at approximately 11:05 PM. Shepard was arrested on the offense of failure to appear (X2) with an original offense of domestic battery. He was given a bond of $9,000.


    On Wednesday August 3rd Police in the 3000 block of Brookville Drive arrested Kareem Rex, 38, of Manhattan on the offenses of domestic battery, criminal restraint, and criminal deprivation of property. Rex was given a bond of $6,000. This arrest stemmed from a verbal and then physical argument between Rex and a 35-year-old female victim. Injuries were listed as being minor.
