(ESPN) – Former K-State basketball star Michael Beasley has a new home in the NBA.

The Houston Rockets traded forward Michael Beasley to the Milwaukee Bucks for guard Tyler Ennis on Thursday.

The 6-foot-9 Beasley was signed by the Rockets late last season after spending time with the Shandong Golden Stars of the Chinese Basketball League. In 20 games with Houston, Beasley averaged 12.8 points over 18.2 minutes per game.

The 27-year-old Beasley has averaged 13.0 points and 4.8 rebounds over eight NBA seasons that has also included stops in Miami, Minnesota and Phoenix.
